The Bussia Panificio is the in-house organic bakery of Restaurant Bussia for crafted bread and delicious pastries.
We hand make and bake all the bread on the premises daily. All our breads are 100% sourdough and our flours come from sustainable wheats, freshly ground using traditional stone mills. We source our authentic ingredients from local producers.
Enjoy your daily bread with a fine Italian coffee or fresh juice.
